Select Sign in and enter your email. We send you a sign-in link: open it on the same device. If the email shows a code instead, enter it on the sign-in page. There's no password.

Your access is tied to the email you used to pay on ciroprep.com. Sign in with that email. If you signed in with another one, sign out and sign in again with the email from checkout. Still nothing? Send us your order number (for example #1004) on Activate your access and we'll link your purchase, usually within one business day.

No. Access is for one person. Please don't share your sign-in or copy the content for others.

One element of the CIRE syllabus, in English and French: its lessons, covering each of its units; its practice questions, with the explanation for each answer; and its summaries, flashcards, mind maps and exam tips. A module doesn't include tutoring.

6 months from the day your access is activated. My access shows the end date. Access then ends on its own: nothing renews and you aren't charged again. Your progress stays in your account after it ends.

The modules for all nine elements are on sale on ciroprep.com, at $29 each, in one payment: the release schedule lists them. The Complete CIRE Course, with all nine elements, will be offered later, at $199 in two instalments.

No. Each element gets a band (Good start, Building or Needs work) that shows where you stand today, not a score or a prediction. 27 questions are a starting point; the practice questions in each module tell you more.

At the end of the diagnostic, choose Save to my account and sign in with your email. Your priorities and study plan then appear on your Dashboard. If you enter your exam date, the plan is paced to it. Saving a new diagnostic replaces the earlier one.

Yes, at any time, with FR / EN at the top of each page. Every module includes both languages at no extra cost, and the French uses CIRO's official French terms.

My progress counts, for each element, the lessons you've marked as done and the practice questions you've answered. It shows what you've covered, not how ready you are for the exam. When new lessons or questions are added, a complete element shows as in progress again.

We use your email and language to run your account, and your answers and progress to track your learning and build your study plan. Our main database is in Canada. We don't sell your information. Google Analytics runs only if you accept analytics cookies (Manage cookies, at the bottom of each page), and you can change your optional consents on My access. The privacy policy has the details. Yes. Cancel within 14 days after your purchase for a full refund. After that, you can still cancel at any time, as Québec's Consumer Protection Act provides: you pay for the part of your access already provided, and we refund the rest. Write to admin@ciroprep.com with your order number. The terms of sale and refunds explain the calculation.
